- Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

- Orders can be cancelled through the Platform (if available), or
- By contacting our customer support team with your order details.
Cancellation Charges
- Metro Mart does not charge any cancellation fees if the order is cancelled within the allowed time frame.
- In case of repeated cancellations or misuse, we reserve the right to review and restrict future orders.
Post-Dispatch Cancellation
- Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, you may refuse delivery or request a return (if applicable under our Return Policy).
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation by Metro Mart
Metro Mart reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Delivery location is not serviceable
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
