  • You can cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched.
  • Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel

  • Orders can be cancelled through the Platform (if available), or
  • By contacting our customer support team with your order details.

Cancellation Charges

  • Metro Mart does not charge any cancellation fees if the order is cancelled within the allowed time frame.
  • In case of repeated cancellations or misuse, we reserve the right to review and restrict future orders.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may refuse delivery or request a return (if applicable under our Return Policy).

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation by Metro Mart

Metro Mart reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Delivery location is not serviceable
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
